On Federal environmental laws, they seem to just regurgitate talking points from the Pacific Legal Foundation and NAHB lobbyists. No real thoughts of their own or understanding of substantive standards like those for contamination and floodplains, which apply through the NEPA process.

It is interesting until they get into an area of your own expertise. Then, you see all of the holes and start wondering what else they are fudging and massaging for their own purposes and egos.

They had the Pacific Legal Foundation, AEI, and the Breakthrough Institute, which are all climate deniers in different ways. The whole thing is old industry talking points. They are going after the Endangered Species Act and Clean Water Act. It sucks.
