Exactly, and add limited training to lack of experience. All easy see if you want to, but of course headlines that scare and get clicks are the priority.

100%, would not take much analysis to reveal the genesis of the issue, prolonged real terms prison/justice cuts and loss of experienced staff, but easier to stick to a tabloid style the highly paid presenters seem happy to embrace.

It's the absence of pushback to the lies within 'mainstream media' that worries me most. Direction of the BBC is especially troubling.
