Thr general guideline is the less processed leaves are, the more susceptible to scalding - thus, the lower the ideal temperature.
At the low end, you got white tea leaves, which you almost never want to to higher than 185F with. On the other, there’s puerh, which can be taken well up to boiling

The lower end results in less tannins being extraced from the leaves. Too hot, though, can scald certain leaves and make them too bitter - green teas are especially susceptible to scalding

I’m partial to masal chai - though I make it myself with assam leaves and whole spices, so I can fine-tune the flavor to my preference. I like a stronger black pepper flavor than bagged masala chai blends tend to have.

I also personally prefer milk with earl grey - some people claim that the bergamot curdles the milk, but I've never had that happen. Lemon is the more "traditional" additive if you care about that. I DO like it, and I can see why it's considered more "fitting," but it's still not my preference.

Chamomile is easy to scald, so you want a lower temperature - about 190 Fahrenheit.
Honeybush offers the easiest brew - you can take it all the way up to boiling point, and even steep the leaves for a good long while without getting something overly strong

I'd recommend experimenting with the brewing temperature. For black teas like Earl Grey and Darjeeling, I personally like around 205 Fahrenheit - not so hot that you scald the leaves, but hot enough that you can extract as much flavor as possible.

The Chokkiri gang is also one of the first villain teams to really grab me - I really dig the yankii aesthetics they got going on, and Cutty being a fan of the idol stuff despite himself is pretty cute.
Lastly: Uta's parents are distractingly hot. Like, jesus christ, look at them
