the huge percentage who voted for ‘fuck them assholes, we get to keep their money to feed kids’ is so amazing to me. hell yeah

in our state (CO), we voted resoundingly to levy extra taxes on people making over 300k, and to let the state keep the extra tax money it had already taken in from a previous version of that tax to provide free school lunches, raises for cafeteria workers, and a bunch of other stuff. it’s amazing
