I don't understand how these people could have grown up in the same US that I did and come to the conclusion that immigrants are a problem. WTF does culturally unsustainable mean? We're already a weird amalgum of cultures - adding more keeps making it better.

I've never felt bad for paparazzi before, but I imagine the "this never ends" was self-pitying, like he wishes he could be tracking somebody that wasn't involved (however distantly) in promoting a regime prioritizing ethnic cleansing and increasing the infant mortality rate.

That's just from existing plants running more, not new capacity. Probably balancing out the higher methane prices. From a climate perspective gas or coal is a wash, right? Local health effects might be something else.
