If you thought the headline was wild enough… they attacked this man because a white guy had the cops called on him by Circle K employees and he pointed at the nearest Black man as an evasion tactic.
And it worked.
And it worked.
A deaf Black man with cerebral palsy will no longer face charges over an incident in which he was repeatedly Tasered and punched by Phoenix police.
