They're going to tie this up in investigations? There is literally nothing that Congress can't demand, and when a unanimous (except for one procedural protest vote) Congress demands something, it's not as simple as tying it up for years with legal procedural BS.

Once again, also illegal. These things were illegal before Trump took office and will be after he leaves. The law works for cops just as it does people, if someone hit you with a sandwich, it's assault.

They say they were trying to serve a warrant but they didn't forcefully enter the home? They could have shown the warrant and if they didn't open, could forcefully enter the home.
