I had to onboard three new grads during the pandemic and I ended up meeting with them every day for a little bit, no substitute for being able to annoy someone more senior because juniors just don't know when to ask things. But like most mid levels and seniors don't want to do that

At my last job I once had to translate an ontology of family relations from English into MSA and I ended up doing "father's sister or mother's sister", etc all the way down, it looked terrible
