Excellent article. Every time someone tries to tell me something is toxic, I ask three simple things:
1. What is the threshold for toxicity?
2. How much do I have to consume?
3. At what rate will that quantity cause me to cross a toxic threshold?

“Great minds think alike, but fools rarely differ.” Oh, the irony! The second half, which is usually conveniently ignored, is actually the more crucial part. But, of course, if you mention it, they’ll assume you’re labeling them as the fool.
