I had this happen with a pair of Stellar’s Jays too, a few years back. I don’t know why the local crows let them get away with it!

I actually did consider driving to Walla Walla, which is 4 hours each way and would require an overnight stay but it’s the last day of my parents’ visit from out of town.

IIRC some jerks brought it from Twitter like a year after the original drama.
