Christ, man. I'm so sorry! I appreciate you sharing all of this because I really had no idea. I'm over 50 and have been putting off the vaccine for a year, full on ostrich head in the ground level denial. Thanks for the reality check. Good luck over the next two weeks!

Thanks for picking up our game!

Er... Chicago Gaming, not Spooky.
October 24, 2025 at 10:45 PM
Well you're in luck. Rumor has it that Halo will be the next major title from Spooky Pinball next year!

Due to the strap?

I don't know man, this may be one of my favorite songs, full stop. Just loved everything about that show.

I'll tell you what, if @xordev.com gives me an index.html with a full screen shader, I'll put that up there. Dealer's choice.

Would you believe I own ieatpixels.com? There is nothing there. It's just a domain I bought half a lifetime ago.

Here's a quick example: The first image is the full UHD frame, the second is a 1280x720 1:1 pixel crop of the light cycles. Their film stock had more resolution than the source frames; scanned at 4K, you can now finally see the fine detail of individual pixels. Had no idea that detail was there!

I realize it will suffer from further compression, but will this transfer end up in digital outlets? Has it already? I haven't bought physical media is years.

I love that you called out Red Alarm. It alone delivered what I wanted from all VB games. Real 3D.

Yeah, you're absolutely right.

That's the Sony HMZ-T1. Crazily, I owned one.

I couldn't agree more.

Sorry, I meant I didn't understand Trixter's logic that the booksales would cease. But I don't know what kind of writing it is.
September 7, 2025 at 1:27 AM
I don't really follow this logic. I can ask someone to tell me the story of Moby Dick, or I can ask an AI to do the same, but neither is anything like reading it for myself. Maybe it depends on the kind of writing. Does he write instructional text? I could see that being at risk.

I had never seen that Noby intro -- sick af!

Nothing special. It was the Falcon NW case from my first and only prebuilt I bought back when I was working on PlayStation Qore. It fit in the IKEA rack mounted underneath my desk, which is kind of tight. The North does the trick too.

Can relate. I only used it to archive home movie DVDs. Still inching my way through that project actually, so I'll probably pickup some USB drive.
