Just so ignorant. Trying to make a distinction between the UN definition - set in the Genocide Convention- and common usage. The word and its definition exist thanks to the convention. An arrogant fool.

Ignorant of the voting system. No splitting of the vote occurs under STV. You were voted in on a popular mandate. Sure it would have nice to have a higher turnout but that would almost certainly have benefited you.

RNZ does regularly run pieces from the Conversation. Possibly the best way to get an op ed from one of the 20 economists is for one of academics in the group to write one. (Bertram or St John would be great.)
