There is no objective way to distinguish art from pornography. But there is an objective way to distinguish CSAM from anything else, which is to ask does it record a crime with a real victim. If it doesn’t, it shouldn’t be treated as if it does. It’s a simple argument and not what you’re presenting.

That’s not quite my argument, but the proposition that art and fiction should be treated separately from CSAM is unquestionably correct. Keep watching my feed on December 10 for a major announcement and you’ll discover how many others agree.

Whether someone is trans has no bearing on their addition to that list. The only criterion for inclusion is that the person inflicts reputational sexual violence on others by using false slurs that impute deviance and criminality. To avoid being added to that list, don’t do that.
