The Drawing the Line Watchlist shows a dangerous trend: resources are shifting from real child abuse cases to policing fictional and AI-generated content. Join me for the launch on December 10 with experts @exshaps.bsky.social, @ashleyremminga.bsky.social, and Zora Rush.

The Dick Smith Wizzard, with external cassette tape drive and BASIC on a cartridge. Later I added a better keyboard with moving (but still rubbery) keys.

I know the reason but that is no excuse for using Kiwifarms tactics here, such as pedojacketing and doxxing. One of the anti-Singal crowd that I won’t name bullied a queer person into hospital. Good riddance to people like that along with Singal.

Why would you assume that the article was written for such an audience? I wrote it and I stand by it, and that was never the intention. Most supporters of the organisation while I led it (2018-2021) were LGBTQ+ people, kinksters, fans and sex workers, simply sick of being pedojacketed over kinks.

While constitutional amendment is improbable, a Human Rights Act is a good compromise step that could help to hold the government to account. New Zealand has something similar. But the political will isn't there; despite strong public support, federal and most State governments have failed to act.

Deleting and reposting to clarify. I don't think that pedophiles are inherently LGBTQ+ or should in that sense be part of the queer community. Nobody that I'm of is claiming that they are, and I have always said that they are not. That trope in itself is a form of fascist anti-queer stigma.

Rather than automatically reporting content from kids’ devices, the right response is parental supervision along with safer design. For example an Apple feature can detect possible nude images on-device and provide the child with resources and a prompt to contact a trusted adult.
