It would certainly not occur to me to be that worried in Edinburgh ( beyond the normal precautions that anyone should take in the perpetual winter darkness).

There's so much that can't be accessed at The national library of Scotland ( which anyone who lives in Scotland can join)! because of the continued problems at the British library
