I’m going to bake oatmeal date bars today, and prepare and chill the dough for biscochitos. Thanks for starting this thread - I found a couple of recipes here I want to try. 😊

I decided I should have started earlier for plum pudding, to give it time to mellow before Christmas. I’ll experiment with a different kind.

You are such a fabulous baker! I almost DM’d you with a steamed pudding question, but I decided not to make it. I was wondering if you’d ever made one in a loaf pan. I’m not sure I want invest in a steaming mold.
