Some people are intersex (or, as Elon Musk would call them, hermaphrodites). A person with XY chromosomes can have a uterus due to variations like Swyer syndrome.

What I find astonishing is the notion that while they're actively trying to destroy the ACA, Republicans would somehow run Medicare-for-all smoothly and efficiently, and the Roberts Court wouldn't gut the law to make it unsustainable.

I'd prefer we solve healthcare without the government because Republicans will be in charge of it half the time. And they will use the law to reward their cronies and punish their enemies, and the Supreme Court will cheerfully let them.

Although an audit is always welcome, there's too much institutional knowledge at the DOJ to attempt tampering with evidence. They know it's impossible. If they want to protect Trump and his minions, they'll do it the old-fashioned way: with redactions.

If we had Medicare-for-all, Trump would be in charge of it now. He would set eligibility, payment, and regulatory standards to reward his allies and punish his enemies. And the Roberts court would strike down provisions he didn't like.

Well, the Roberts Court significantly undercut the law when it removed the Federal tax penalty for not having insurance. This increased risk in the pool and made premiums more expensive.

Republicans should want Medicare-for-all because that will give them more power to reward their political allies and punish their political enemies.
