Latest update. My guess is that this will seriously delay final negotiations.
Also, combined with the other multiple problems (poor cooling, insufficient food and toilets, bad transportation, limited lodging, etc.) this is shaping up as a bit of a black eye for Para Governor Helder Barbalho.

Thankfully the fire in the pavilion section of the COP30 Blue Zone is under control and no injuries are reported.

Two come to mind.

One: As a kid in rural WV, my musician uncle sent me mix tapes. I discovered Kind of Blue and became a lifelong Miles fan.

Two: July 2 86. My first Dead show and they played Sugar Mag and Truckin. I felt my spirit rise out of my body...um, actually, that might've been the acid.
