Latest update. My guess is that this will seriously delay final negotiations.
Also, combined with the other multiple problems (poor cooling, insufficient food and toilets, bad transportation, limited lodging, etc.) this is shaping up as a bit of a black eye for Para Governor Helder Barbalho.

There will be much larger crowds at #nokings @indivisible.org events in big cities, but this is what interests me most: people turning out in small cities and rural, deep red places.

Microsoft says it is near completion of "the world's most powerful" AI data center.
Brad Smith says in a blog post it will cut water and energy use with advanced closed-loop cooling and will match every kw hr of fossil fuel energy used with carbon-free energy.
