If loving the N64 is wrong, I don’t want to be right
Saying it now, I love the N64. It seems to be the cool console to hate these days. Whether it's the "unusable" controller or "unplayable" games.

Whilst nostalgia may play a part in my appreciation of the machine, and it's certainly not flawless, it's still bloody great fun!

Just finished Refunct, a lovely little first-person puzzle/platformer with a gorgeous score that sounds like it’s been ripped right out of the Tetris Effect soundtrack.

It’s only about 30 minutes long, but you can often find it on Steam for less than £1

I've spent years writing about games for various projects and outlets that don't really exist anymore. So I thought I'd try and round everything up and publish it in one place.

If you'd like to take a look, here's what I've managed to pull together so far 👇

I highly recommend Sheepy: A Short Adventure for anyone unaware of it.

A short Metroidvania-lite with gorgeous visuals, lovely music, enjoyable exploration, intense boss fights and a thrilling final act.

Best of all, it’s free on Steam 😄
