Z. needs to make it real for him. "If Mexico invaded Florida would you give up Mar-A-Lago in exchange for peace?"

I see what ewe did there.

(typo on that last "-5", should just be 5 obvs.)

The people at 4 and 5 behave as if anyone who disagrees is at -5. The people at -4 and -5 behave as if anyone who disagrees are at -5. But the vast majority are somewhere in the middle.

1 = "vague impression he's on the right", 2 = "have heard he said Christian-y things", 3 = "have heard good things he said", 4 = "he's the new Paul", 5 = "has anyone but Christ had so much impact?"

For example, I imagine sort of a number line with -5 = "he deserved to die", -4 = "didn't like him but we don't kill people" -3 = "know some bad things he said", -2 = "have heard he said bad things", -1 = "vague impression he's on the right", 0 = "never heard of him" ...

This probably only relates to teenagers in that it was very evident in conversations about Charlie Kirk. In many different scenarios there is a continuum of opinion and both extremes seem blind to any opinion except theirs and the opposite extreme...

I wonder if he's on Mastadon or some other service and we're only seeing replies (and maybe the character limit is lower here.)

HS Class of '83 reporting! The first was pretty cringey but cool to us nerds. Legacy is dazzling, fun and has a great soundtrack. Haven't seen the latest.

Even if he's not on the ticket, they would be wise to continually get his thoughts on messaging. He succeeds because he tries to be everyone's governor and make things better for the whole state.

There's no doubt in my mind that he saved lives during the pandemic.

I totally get it, and many of his supporters acted like they were right there with you until he won the primary.

That's been my theory for a long while but I thought it was just me.

Would anyone be willing to ask Patrick if he has blocked me? I can only recall one time we even disagreed and that was years ago on Twitter, but it has been ages since he has acknowledged a reply.

At the VERY least maybe dial back to Peter, who sometimes spoke before he thought and was rebuked by another follower when he got it wrong.
