After the fridge died unexpectedly, we took an impromptu trip to my in-laws' cabin in nearby Lake Arrowhead to keep our food from spoiling before a replacement can be delivered. Ash has taken to observing his new surroundings, while Snowball hides under a bed.

Ash climbed up the back of one of the dining room chairs, thinking he was sneaky. Snowball, of course, noticed him immediately, but let Ash think he'd gotten the drop on him.

Fortunately, Snowball has accepted Ash after being unsure about him for the first week. The two are constantly playing, chasing each other, then sleeping once they've worn themselves out.
