Oh man, bumbling around physical libraries to discover things is a sad thing to lose. (Totally agree it is understandable). I loved pulling down the ancient bound volumes of scientific journals. (BTW, not sure if you remember me but we worked on Haploview 20 years ago! 😂)

I would’ve thought the PGS analysis was done on just GWAS (ie common, low effect) variants? Notwithstanding the reality that rare variants of big effect are important contributors to these disorders. I guess it is pointless to speculate until a preprint or paper appears.
