I had speakers I built myself in our farm shop. And a Sony Discman running through a Parts Express amplifier. And stuff like Mark O’Conner felt like music magic. Deep catalog stuff that normies didn’t grok 😂

The New Nashville Cats are an informal group of Nashville studio musicians. And this album feels like normal musicians sped up to 2X these mofos lay down notes at an amazing pace.

And I’m transported to a different place and time. I first remember listening to this in Kirwan Tower dorm in 1991

Yeah that’s exactly the last mile problem. Non technical users can’t quite figure out how to plumb that all together.
