The arguments I have received from the pro-ICE world are “it all happened so fast” but looking down your barrel through an open window at the side of a person’s head and pulling the trigger is murder.
If this is accurate, Good was killed by a bullet fired after there was any conceivable argument Agent Ross was in the path of her vehicle, which means there was no legal justification for using deadly force. But DOJ says there’s no reason to investigate.

There is going to come a time in your life when you are chatting with a guy, at a barbecue or something, a new coworker maybe, a dad at school drop off, and he tells you he used to be in ICE. You’re going to need to spit on that guy

One piece of radical action that may be necessary is some of the privileged liberals that have the means to do so moving from uncompetitive states and districts to competitive ones. We’ve been concentrating ourselves in blue cities and American democracy disincentives that.
