Every business I've ever interacted with in Montreal has all of a sudden sent me a consent for marketing emails notice.
I do not remember what most of them are, but I do love the idea of expiring consent.

Calling Marty Supreme an underdog is a gross misunderstanding of reality. He is a cheat who will scam and take advantage of everyone dumb enough to stay around him, because he thinks he is better than them. He makes O'Leary look like a good guy despite all assurances otherwise.

Deciding to make kik alicha my new new year's tradition, but, umm, does anyone actually grate it into the boiling water and peas? I've read about eight variations and all of the ones where you brown the onion, ginger and turmeric make much more sense to me.

I guess hand roll bars are the fun new thing here, but I don't know why you'd want to go anywhere other than Grand Central Market.

After 13 years of being married, one of our favorite habits is still sunday morning waffles (blueberry bran, of course). Lots has changed over the years, but small things like this bring me a lot of joy.

I’m no great fan of the ACA.
I believe we should guarantee health care as a human right through a single-payer Medicare for All system.
But — at minimum — we cannot allow Republicans to destroy our already-broken system by doubling insurance premiums for 20 million Americans.
