I guess I should give it another try. I bought one from Amazon and immediately sent it back as it couldn’t match my Hakko clone when it came to sheer sucking power. I even did the half-tip-on-the-iron-half-on-the-joint thing. Not sure if I got a bad unit or what, but I will give it another whirl.
