You're in luck! The 2019 movie "Lupin III: The First" is a very, very strong jumping-on point. It's got a solid story and a tone that includes elements from most of the major eras of Lupin history, so you get kind of a sampler platter of "what do you like the most" out of it. Great animation too!

It's not the first art for the card, either: this is a THROWBACK card (that hasn't been printed in a "standard" set before, and hasn't been printed at all in decades) and has been in at least some demand ($35 card on average!) for all that time
