Apparently my job for the next two weeks is tell everyone they need to go see Americana. I saw it at SXSW two years ago, and it is finally coming out and is the kind of thing they don't make anymore. A thorny, sun soaked crime story that is hilarious, heartbreaking and triumphant.

I have been doing a first-ever watch of Star Trek: Enterprise, and have mostly been enjoying it more than I anticipated. But "A Night in Sickbay" may be the single worst episode of any Star Trek I have ever seen.

20 hours later, and finished on Cyber Knight. Really fun find, with some frustrating difficulty spikes. But the design is very unique, especially for the time, so I will forgive it being punishing at moments.
