Yeah I have random tachycardia all the time. 6 years MECFS, 5 years LC. Probably. Been diagnosed with MECFS, the LC part is speculative. LC worsened the ME. We think. Sorry. It sucks.

My parents are from Merthyr Tudful, my maternal grandparents were from Solva and Llangrannog. All grandparents were Welsh-speaking, but my parents lost the hen iaith, unfortunately. Then they moved to California, where I grew up. But Wales is also home. Hwyl fawr!

Ah sweet, diolch yn fawr! Drove through there last autumn on our way to Cardigan and thence to Aberaeron. We were a bit lost, I think, but it was a spectacular drive from Llandovery.
