*sigh* Yes, I changed over to white silicone a couple of months ago. I like them a LOT better, too. I do have some black silicone spatulas but they are being phased out. Plastic, in general, is being phases out of my kitchen. It's hard tho, with everything WRAPPED IN PLASTIC! #brainhealth
