THE LESSON:
This is exactly why we are building Blogsitefy.
If you build your house on rented land (Social Media), you don't own the front door. The landlord (Algorithm) decides who gets to see your message.

THE LESSON:
UX is not just where the buttons go. UX is psychological ownership.
If a user pays you, they need to feel like the Landlord, not the Tenant.
We are fixing the dashboard logic.
Painful lesson, but a necessary one.

The dashboard showed my name as the author of his posts. Even though he owned the content legally, the UI made him feel like a "guest" on his own site. He churned to WordPress immediately.

✅ Validated a new acquisition angle: "Distribution Friction." Writers are tired of formatting, not writing.
