"Frustrated and confused." That’s how Eugena described her old blogging workflow.

She switched to Blogsitefy to stop renting tech and start owning her process.

End of Day 10

spent the day on infrastructure work nobody will ever see.

dns routing. api integrations. schema markup. analytics configuration. email verification gates.

Day 9 wrap.

Moved www.blogsitefy.com off the old stack and into the new Taskade-powered setup via Switchy + Cloudflare. Nothing glamorous, just essential: clean redirects, faster pages, proper tracking.

The fun part is that from the outside, it should “just work.” That’s the goal.

Tired of platforms locking your content behind paywalls or changing the rules?

I'm running a migration sprint. Moving 5 indie hackers/writers to their own self-hosted Blogsitefy sites.
- Google Docs backend
- Blazing fast
- You own the data

Reply if you want in. 🦋

War Room Day 5. 🚩

Wins:
✅ Fixed the messy videos I was hoping nobody would notice.
✅ 20 channels deployed, zero copy-paste.
✅ Good chats with folks tired of bloated publishing stacks.

Losses:
💀 Tech debt ate my afternoon.

Lesson:
Clear the backlog or it clears you.

2 → 30 users. We keep moving.

I hate CMS dashboards. They feel like work.

Google Docs feels like writing.

That's why I built this integration. Left is where I live. Right is what you see.

Day 4: Distribution Mode 🟢

Today was a marathon.

- Edited/Rendered 8 platform-specific videos
- Deployed assets to 20+ channels

Stop renting your audience. Start owning it.

I built Blogsitefy so you can write in Google Docs and publish to your own domain instantly.

No plugins. No platform risk.

Watch how fast it is. ⚡️

Day 3: War Room Report 🚩

Status: 0 Paid. 3 Hot Leads.

The highlight? Getting grilled publicly on Bluesky about our "100% SEO" claim.
My instinct: Defend
My action: Explain the tech

Not sure what you mean by migrate. Are you talking about moving platforms or something else? Wouldn’t mind hearing more about how you’ve helped others with this.

🛑 Stop building your SEO house on rented land.

I see so many founders writing amazing content on Substack or Medium.

The problem? THEY get the credit. YOU do the work.

Every post you write on a rented platform builds their domain authority, not yours.
