So proud of the Bean for her preparation and excellent execution on her junior speech.
Huge source of anxiety for these kids – way out of proportion with the importance of the moment – and Lily managed through, delivering an example of how to tightly structure engaging, authentic remarks.

Breaking character: The 50501 protests were a success. And the events list on indivisible.org now works great.
Saw a great idea: "Tesla Tuesdays", protest at Tesla dealers with signs saying "No one elected Elon".
Share any other ideas you have in the replies.

Extremism experts say a now-familiar playbook to scapegoat transgender people in the wake of high-profile tragedies is part of a political strategy to sow division and expand authoritarian control.

What if there were a coup, the US government fell to a drug-addled oligarch who seized control of our money, secrets, and levers of power, and Corporate media did not report on it?

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

I just want you to TRY to imagine the response: Harris wins and brings billionaire private citizen George Soros and his team in to literally take over whole government departments in the night.

The diversity initiatives Trump is blaming were enacted in 2013. He was president from 2016 to 2020, and *he* created a diversity program for air traffic controllers … in 2019. I understand we’re fully through the looking glass now, but Jesus Christ — how are these people sleeping?

I’m so bummed about this years pro bowl games. The conversion to skills tests that felt a little like PlayStation games was *chef’s kiss* and had me excited to watch. This year’s updates blew it for me, thought. Trivia questions? Hulk hands?

Just to be clear, a recovering addict who uses his relationship with the President to get beneficial positions is criminal if he’s a Dem, but should run HHS if he’s an R. Do I have that right, Hunter hysterics?
