Kids, it's Gray Rock Season; I had a chance to deploy this today while on a conference call with a very unpleasant sales manager and it not only works, it's very satisfying to use it on people who have no idea how to handle it. www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-...

TOM COTTON: The premise of your question is not well-founded

To say this for the 50th time, for anyone who doesn't know:

Three young conservative lawyers were part of the GOP "Florida recount" team that led to GWB becoming president, via Bush-v-Gore.

They were: John Roberts. Brett Kavanaugh. Amy Coney Barrett.

Small world.

The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.

Some of these guys, you can believe that the stupidity is just an act to appeal to their mouth breather base. Not Duffy. He's a true shit-for-brains.
Sean Duffy on slashing fuel economy standards: "This rule will actually allow you to bring back the 1970s station wagon. Maybe a little wood paneling on the side. We can bring back choice to consumers."

No-strings-attached, zero-means-testing, no-questions-asked cash payouts have been proven, over and over again, to be the most effective form of charity/aid going.

It gets people in housing, and it saves the state money. We know this. It's fact, not theory.
An Oregon pilot program giving cash to homeless youths sees a staggering reduction in homelessness. The program gave participants $1,000 cash payments each month for two years, and at the end of the project's first phase, 91% of participants reported being in stable housing.

You don’t need to analyze it much more closely than that

“this video is evil and disgusting. Do not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda.”

M. Emmet Walsh. IYKYK.
This is a Bill Simmons game, but you’re stranded on a desert island. You can only have one actor’s filmography. You get it all, including cameos. But just the one performer.

I’m taking Cate Blanchett: Talented Mr. Ripley, LOTR, Life Aquatic, Black Bag, Tár, Ponyo, Hot Fuzz, Eyes Wide Shut, Thor
