OK, but it’s also possible to describe this behaviour and the only reason not to, presumably is because you want people to think your ML model is a LLM because that’s what people now think AI (just) is.

I’m not really sure on what basis you’d want to compare “all of the EU” to the US? Population sizes?
The EU isn’t a “Federal” version of its member states in terms of individual countries health responses and outcomes?

Not terrible. Just going to do some research now on the ongoing viability of how the tigers are going in Tasmania. I am expecting them to be thriving..

Arguably that milestone was passed some time ago and the speed running is to set a new benchmark.
