We have a therapy dog at work. His name is Levi. Everyone knows Levi. No one knows who he comes in with. I see him all the time and I honestly don't know his name.

Colombian soldiers are quite experienced, low-pay at home, and trained by US green berets (from prev. US cooperation on drugs). Thus there are probably a larger portion of volunteers from Colombia.

Sorry, but WA has very remote microgrids that are totally isolated. Not practical to add a link to every remote town. No sharing electricity with anyone out there.
