The Guardian newspaper once called me a "Guerrilla Satirist" and the premier of Newfoundland and Labrador once called me "an arsehole."

Former journalist. Artist. Writer. Comms guy.
For no reason except that I was looking through a folder of old photos of my computer, here's a real image from a Newfoundland and Labrador public health campaign to encourage new mothers to breastfeed their children.

We arrived in December and London was cold
We stayed in the bars along Charing Cross Road
We never saw nothing but brass taps and oak
Kept a shine on the bar with the sleeves of our coats

You'll have to excuse me, I'm not at my best...

Fun fact: on a clear day at decent elevation, you can see the buildings of Niagara Falls from Toronto, and even the plume of mist that rises up from the waterfall.

Standing at the window of a house in the country.

Watching the snow fall.

Drinking coffee.

Wearing a cardigan.

Should be at my laptop responding to emails.

There actually is a post-apocalyptic novel about an underground city under Montreal. I remember reading it as a kid. www.goodreads.com/book/show/56...
