Keeping myself accountable.

I restarted going to the gym this past week. After failing Day 1 of my 5k program I finished the week. With week 1 complete I can aim to run 5k before the end of the year.

This past weekend I had the good fortune to see Iron Maiden for the 3rd time. Whilst they were definitely a little bit slower than in 2011, I can only hope to have the energy that these 6 men in their late 60’s have. #ironmaiden
