I'm trying to lose weight, so I've gone back to trying to practice portion control. Have a veggie tray instead of cheese filled breadsticks on break af work, have the free piece of fruit offered on each shift, cut down on sugary drinks. Down a few pounds in the first week.

When I read 40 pages of a project for my Uncle, listening to it outloud made me catch so many mistakes, poorly written sentences, and too many repeated sentences that I'd missed otherwise.
I now believe in the "read aloud" function on my computer. #WritingCommunity
