So, despite a foot injury that I don't think is healed fully yet, I think I'm doing pretty well on my walking exercise. One mile in about 12 minutes feels pretty good to me. Had to stop because the foot was giving me trouble, but I feel good about my progress.

Whenever you go walk/running on a treadmill... Always have some kind of barrier, never do it barefooted. Socks or shoes, but just something.
