There are so many competent people in the world who are good at their jobs and I'm tired of constantly seeing the results of those people not being put in charge of things.

There are so many competent people in the world who are good at their jobs and I'm tired of constantly seeing the results of those people not being put in charge of things.
I'm increasingly worried that most journalists still miss the bottom layer of theft. Creating an AI video without using a seed to deepfake to is still extractive exploitation, and if it's porn output it's exploiting either SW content or leaked private media. Normalising any of that is a mess 🙁
