Rudi is a wild roo who pops in every few days. He gets a piece of plain toast as a thank you for mowing the lawn. Some days he stays all day.

There are layers to the colours of the countryside.
Variation due to height, their closeness to the sky
Ordered bordered walk along a certain path
Short fence, keeping nothing out
Sunlight flare on the photosensitive camera
Greens, blues, browns and whites
Below a night

Up is up and down is down
As below so above
It's a monkey thing
We used to live in trees
Be friends with squirrels
Then things went down
And downhill
Lifetime later
To get to Heaven you climb the stairs
To Hell you take the highway
Then begin again
To climb up their ladders
Up is up and down is down

Rudi is staying late, wondering where I'm going at 1030in the morning.
My life is cliche Australian.

A lady in her eighties became homeless
Asked me to take care of her gear
A dismantled wheelbarrow among them
She went to live with her daughter in Victoria
Another lady did some renovating
The wheelbarrow is here waiting

We are points on a circle
Well, if we think in 2D
Imagine us as a stick man
Standing on the surface of a circle
We could see forever
If it was in a straight line
But it's not
Light curves
So does Time
And Gravity.
Nothing's straight
Everything heliacal is helical
Constant helix
Was busy today
Busy from my perspective
From your view I may have been
Unbusier than you
I was digging holes
Inserting poles
Playing around with crowbars
One of which
Bumped my head
Like the Old Man in
It's Raining, It's Pouring
Was gonna write a prompt
For vssdaily
But I may pass
I tend to favor flowers in these shades of color.
It's the oddest vestige of my upbringing that ghostly voices say these colors are unmanly.
That flowers are unmanly.
No pretty things manly.
It's a childhood.

Take up arms in defense
Sometimes that's the only option
Or death and slavery is the outcome
America did it 250 years ago
The Cause
Tariffs on tea
They'll have to do it again
Life is like that
Wraps around
Like two arms around you
Arm in arm we walk this world
Naked without each other
My field of dreams is complete
Although I have no idea of its dimensions
There are many complete dreams within
My fencelined boundary
Only a fuzzy outline of my dreamlike realism
These flowers are mine
By legal technicality
They are a weed
But they belong
Here in my dream field
Old Fart's Night every Thursday.
Played a little hamonica, all in G.
Fixed with a black zip tie.
Played along to Roy, Bruce, and a bunch of others. Almost broke it more tonight, by accidentally snapping it.
My life is perfect, I hope yours is better.

A small meadow of gazanias instead of lawn. All the different coloured gazanias tracking the sun like wireless solar panels.

Trees near overhead powerlines are trimmed back in South Australia. We had bushfires in 1980 and 1983, called Ash Wednesday 1 and 2. As a result, the arborists give away truckloads of mulch. I got some today.

Lemon tree doing okay. It's had a tough life, neglected for a few years when the place was empty.

People entrust trees and bushes to us.
Spring has woken this former pot plant up.
In the background gazanias. African daisies, another import to Australia, like myself. The native bees and sleepy lizards love them.

Today in Australia are the footy finals
Adelaide Crows vs Hawthorn Hawks
It's a long walk every year
Having defeated Nature
We compete against each other
Nature still finds a workaround
As we sit inert
Spending vast energies on being spellbound
Every consequence a burden
