I have long given up on assuming anyone cold pitching me on a topic or PR thing has ever considered looking me up and seeing what I've written about
And know what the journo does/doesn't cover before contacting them. I, for example, don't cover products/services. And I only cover companies when they've done something wrong or there's a compelling reason to cover them. Read my work before contacting me to know what I cover.

NEW: @propublica.org investigated the Chicago apartment raid where kids were zip-tied and citizens detained for hours. They find:
- NONE of the arrested were criminally charged
- NO evidence the building was "filled with TdA terrorists."
- ZERO legitimate reason for DHS to rappel from a Blackhawk.
