If this proves to be arson then this is awful. Setting cars on fire is putting people in danger. People can protest or choose not to buy a Tesla but obviously this crosses a line.

This is going to be the case everywhere in the world susceptible to extreme weather caused by climate change. It is just so obvious that insurers will stop insuring, otherwise they will go bust.
Here in Florida we have a housing crisis of our own - developers are building affordable homes all around, but many are sitting empty because people can't afford the necessary home insurance.

People are often surprised when I tell them this: both Twitter and Facebook/insta/threads are now specifically engineered to downgrade, hide, suppress real journalism. If this platform is different, that's a huge change
Traffic from Bluesky to @bostonglobe.com is already 3x that of Threads, and we are seeing 4.5x the conversions to paying digital subscribers.
