I did!!! I’m on 3 mg a day, 1.5mg both day and night. The symptoms were a pain in the booty, ngl. I had an uptick in migraines and gnarly vivid dreams but it’s chilled out. It helps tremendously with keeping my MCAS symptoms in check! I am no longer chained to my Benadryl bottle!!!
