Every time somebody (Halle Berry today) gets pissed off at Gavin Newsom for vetoing something, I have learned to find out why he did so.
I learned this when I found out he vetoed a bill that would have eliminated an already existing, better funded and wider reaching, program with the same purpose.

Dear neighbors, please show the rest of the world how to excise the US malignant cancer. Close all US bases & embassies. Send all US based commerce, citizens & military packing. Disconnect all comms, internet & power to the US. No travel to/from or fly overs. Total isolation until things change.
