I stand corrected, the fire originated in a hydrocracking unit. That would actually correlate more with what witnesses reported due to the sound and intensity of the fire rather than a leaking liquid fire, the unit is shown below and is slightly northwest of that vessel I mentioned above

It would be wild if there was, perhaps, an entire program mediated by the EPA and OSHA to regulate highly hazardous materials that was also extended to include refineries and an organization had recommended the NFPA reclassify refinery products. Unfortunately such a program does not exist!

On another note, the CSB report should be good. I do enjoy refinery investigations

Is that “value” given in the form of figuring out how to perform basic life functions in the 21st century with no electricity?

We had .82” of rain in less than five hours and we didn’t have a single power outage here AND my internet connectivity even remained intact. PG&E is a silly goose
