Thanks- you're welcome to cc myself/ward cllrs in as I've raised 2nd concern about site traffic / road safety near school that IMO needs clarified sooner rather than later. You'll appreciate I can't publicise CEC individual officers addresses (unless publicly listed) but will make sure he gets it.

I have raised my concerns to the project leads & they are reviewing the situation longer term - however you may also wish to consider using the email on the newsletter to emphasise access & process concerns. Most I can do in immediate is make people aware while they review possibilities/H&S/RAs.

Very kind (& dubious!) but TBF there are 2 Council officers particularly I'm aware of who are trudging through slow processes to try some of these changes - met them again on Fri & now looking positive of getting bollards back between cycle lane & 🅿️ too since below update. bsky.app/profile/jack...
As a few folk have asked about the access / parking situation on Elm Row, I understand bollards should be installed on the crossing build-out behind the bus stops to protect pedestrian space.

I have asked about potentially returning bollards to the side of the cycle lane.

Interesting that as a cllr I have to sign up for VoI to see the locations currently so won't make comment until I see it...

My understanding is it depends what is there already ie if it's restricting space (by definition of the Roads Scotland Act) - I imagine TROs would typically want to be avoided as they're expensive & long processes.
