Video seems to contradict the DHS and CBP statements that the guy had a gun pointed at him... he was recording them with his phone.
A new video appears to show the moments leading up to a fatal shooting by federal agents in Minneapolis, with the individual appearing to simply record on his phone as agents escalated the situation.

He was clearly not armed, do not believe any media if they start saying this. This video from some commuters is really important. He only had a phone, recording. He was not being violent. The moment in the video when the guy is pushed to the sidewalk is right before the tackle him.

People who have actual knowledge of what happened this morning in Minnesota need to control the narrative… Because now they’re trying to say that he pulled a gun. I saw that video he did not pull a gun and if he did well, it would be have been self-defense.

Make no mistake, the GOP will come after ESST all session as a burden on small business. If providing full time employees a max of 5 hrs a month to care for themselves & their families is breaking a business, that business has bigger problems. #mnleg
